But when the Bridegroom leaves the Bridal Chamber, then let them fast and pray.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Verse 104 &#8211; <\/strong>Page 320-322 <em>The Gnostic Gospel of St. Thomas<\/em> by <strong>Tau Malachi<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIn the state of Christ \u2013 Consciousness, everything transpires by way of silence and conscious volition, without need for thoughts or words or any outward act. Everything comes into being from within one self, according to a silent will. This Supernal Consciousness is beyond the mental, vital, and physical being, though hidden within them and thus operates by way of the silent will of the Divine I Am or Supernal Being, which is a state of pure radiant awareness. In this state, one\u2019s holy soul is inseparable from God and the Godhead that indwells it; one\u2019s will is God\u2019s Will and God\u2019s Will is one\u2019s own thus, one\u2019s own silent will is God\u2019s Will and whatever one wills comes to pass the very instant one wills it. This complete unification of one\u2019s self with God is the state of the perfect tsaddik or Master and is called the Realm of No Difference, or the Realm of No More Practice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe bridegroom and bridal chamber imply the bride. These three terms have different levels of meaning. On one level, the bride is the Nefesh, the earthly soul, which is to be united with the bridegroom, which is the Neshamah, the heavenly soul. Ruach is the Spirit or Divine intelligence in us through which the Nefesh and Neshamah are joined together \u2013 hence the bridal chamber. On another level, however, the bridal chamber is the holy Neshamah which here represents the innermost part of the soul in which God and Godhead indwell and through which we are joined to God and the Godhead. The aim of spiritual practice is this unification. As long as the bridegroom is in the bridal chamber united with the bride, there is no need for practice. Only when the bridegroom departs and a sense of separation occurs is there a need for typical spiritual practice.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~<br \/>\n<em><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.deepsnowpress.com\/art.htm\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cThe Art Of Soaring\u201d<\/a><\/span><\/strong> <\/em>by <em><strong>Dolokhov and Gurangov<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~<br \/>\n<em><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.deepsnowpress.com\/luck.htm\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cThe Power Of Luck\u201d<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/em> by <em><strong>Dolokhov and Gurangov<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~<\/p>\n<p>The books, <em><strong>The Art of Soaring<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>The Power of Luck<\/strong><\/em> were both written in Russian and are of great interest to people who have read the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.taohumorcenter.org\/arkofthecovenant\/section-4\/chapter-4-day-12-anastasia\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Anastasia<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/a> series of nine books. Divine Magic or Theurgy appears to be included in Anastasia\u2019s spiritual gifts. The <em><strong>Art of Soaring<\/strong><\/em> and <strong><em>The Power of Luck<\/em><\/strong> are actually beginners\u2019 manuals for an introduction and understanding of Divine Magic.<\/p>\n<p>In <em><strong>The Art of Soaring<\/strong><\/em> the chapter on shape shifting would be of interest to readers interested in Shamanism. There is a chapter starting on page 100 entitled \u201cNew Year\u2019s Eve Dance or How to Become a Shaman.\u201d <em>Richard Bach<\/em>, author of <em><strong>\u201cJonathan Livingston Seagull,\u201d<\/strong><\/em> is noted in the beginning paragraph. This is another magical book.<\/p>\n<p>On page 54, (in <em><strong>The Art of Soaring,<\/strong><\/em>) in the chapter entitled, <em>\u201cRenaming by Finding the Ray of Light.\u201d<\/em> Page 56 is very relative to the study of duality, yin and yang, male and female and the spark of life.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe will now examine yet another world view, which correlates with the principle of duality, popular in the East known as Yin and Yang. Within any object you can find a creative element and within every destructive phenomenon there exists a spark of life \u2013 the Ray of Light. For example, a tree which is withering yet still has powerful roots, or a mangy dog which still leads the pack.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe technique of renaming by finding the ray of light is simple; I locate this ray, the source of strength, and it leads me to success. In our examples, you might compose names like these; \u201cI am the one who grows powerful roots,\u201d and \u201cI am the one who leads the pack.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The authors have many examples of how this magic works. In the book, <em><strong>Living by Love<\/strong><\/em> by <em>Claus Joehle<\/em> there is a spiritual practice he describes where one can actually alter time. In fact, all of <em>Claus Joehle\u2019s<\/em> books are very magical.<\/p>\n<p>In the Pink Flamingo Clown Troupe one of the magical things we did was to bend down so our eyes were 3&#8243; or 4&#8243; lower than when we are standing upright. Then we would pretend that in these 3&#8243; or 4&#8243; is a purely magical realm that only children can see. Adults can\u2019t find it unless they intend to. We would sometimes spend a half hour going out from the meeting and come back and report our findings. Pretending we are seeing the world as a little child again, literally can be magical. My favorite experience was going into the chapel and sitting on a pew and noticing sunlight streaming in through a beautiful stained glass window. The beam of light was actually in front of my feet and on my body. I spent the 30 minutes watching little pieces of dust (colored by the stained glass window) floating around. This transported me to another reality and I just enjoyed that for the 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Another report I enjoyed was that someone had gone out into the lawn and had staked out a yard square plot of land and pretended she was miniature and sitting in it.
